I have a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University in physical chemistry. I was a postdoctoral fellow in Germany for 2 years and since 2006 I have been employed as a research scientist at large-scale facilities in Canada and the U.K.
Experience
I am able to help high school and college students make the most of their academic opportunities. I have extensive experience teaching at the university level. I have been a lecturer in physical chemistry courses at local universities, and I have tutored both high school and university students in physics, chemistry, and math. Students can address whatever content is important for their goals in a supportive environment. My passion for teaching and science can help students reach for their educational goals. I can help students get ready for the AP Chemistry and AP Physics 1 exams, as well as several IB science courses, including IB Chemistry HL and IB Physics HL.
